Procedures

1. The letter shall be transferred to the Electricity Directorate/ Technical Affairs Division to audit the equipment and devices listed in the company’s letter, and determine the extent of their use in the project.
2. Recommendation to the customs department for approval of temporary entry for these equipment, in addition to assigning approval on re-exporting the equipment after finishing their use. 

Required Documents

• Official letter addressed to the Ministry.
• A list of the equipment to be assigned for temporary entry and re-exporting them after finishing their use.
• Customs’ statement indicating the equipment and devices to be entered.
